How does an engagement typically begin?
Most engagements start with a 30-to-45-minute discovery call where we listen to the context and what's prompting the conversation. From there, we propose a scope that addresses the real need rather than offering a fixed package. There's no pressure to proceed after that initial discussion.
Who will actually work on our project?
Vossway works with a small senior team — you'll engage directly with the consultants doing the work, not a delivery team detached from the intake conversation. We deliberately limit the number of concurrent engagements so attention isn't diluted across too many clients.

What does the deliverable look like at the end of an engagement?
Every engagement concludes with a structured written report and a presentation to the leadership team. We aim for documents that are clear and directly actionable — not documents that require a consultant to interpret. We also include a brief transition session to ensure internal ownership of the recommendations.
Can engagements be scoped differently from the listed packages?
Yes. The listed services reflect common configurations, but we regularly adjust scope, depth, or timelines to match the organisation's situation and internal resources. If you have something specific in mind, it's worth a conversation to see how we might approach it.
How is confidentiality handled?
All engagements are governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed at the outset. Information shared during scoping or discovery is treated with the same confidentiality as information shared during the engagement. We do not reference past clients or engagements without explicit written consent.
